I'm tired of being skinny so I've decided to try and bulk up by working out more and eating more, healthily or course. I've always found it hard to gain weight and build muscle. I don't know is it because I'm a vegetarian or not, but I'm gonna try my hardest over the next few months to become a (vegetarian)Beefcake! At the moment, I weigh 70 kgs or around 154 lbs, which I believe is around average for my height(around 5' 10"), but i'd prefer to be on the upper limit for my height. so anyway, that's what I'm gonna be doin' over the next while.
