well my BMI- is 18.8 anything from like 18.5-24.9 is considered healthy, less than 18.5 for women is underweight.
So now i put in some measurements to tell me my fat percentage- 31.5% WHAT!!! Im almost in the Obese range with that one anything greater than 32% is considered obese.
Then i did my waist to hip ratio and it came back .87 and anything above .85 is high risk for over weight or having weight problems in general. I am lost.
How can i be 5'4" (the normal and Ideal weight for a girl this height is 117-127 lbs) and i only weigh 110 and normally less than that, and be almost obese and at high risk for weight gain issues.
And one more thing my BMR is 1330.9, meaning thats how many calories i burn just sitting around at rest.
Can anyone explain this for me?? I guess i really do need to start working out apparently i am a fat ass and did not know it! Wowzers
Thats a big ol blow to my self-esteem fudge.
Some more to add my bust is a 32 my waist is 25.5 to 26 depends on the day and my hips are a 29-30 inches.
I have a little love layer on my tummy i call baby fluff from having a kid, but i would hardly think it was an OUTRAGEOUS amount of fat!
Who wants to give me advice on toning up and building muscle?
