Lately I have been so busy i have hardly had anytime to think about things or do much time for myself. Lets see the things that i am trying to do at the moment.
Work on the business Dale and I started
Work at the bar
Plan a freaking wedding
Take care of my son and plan some fun summer activities for us
Puppy and Kitty (mostly puppy with his training and all)
Plan for school starting again soon
Moving another into our house (for now)
Keeping up with all you lovely people here on SF
Take care of stupid traffic tickets
The loads of DIY projects really for the wedding but i am having to make decorations, invitations, bouquets, etc...
I don't even know what else.
So goodness! I need some relaxation and a day to spend with my future hubby where we can just go have some quality time with each other with out us bickering over all of the things we have going on!
I have also been working on my figure as i had posted about a while back and I got my flat tummy back but now after spending a few days at Dale's parents house i have been at a loss of the foods i was eating and now have to reset my diet and start my nutritious eating all over again. At least the carbs were quite tasty while it lasted.
Here is what i have been doing for anyone that wants to know.
I cut out soda, heavily sugared juices, or any heavily sugared beverages.
I cut my daily carbohydrate intake down to a minimal. I try not to eat bread, chips, pastas, and potatoes.
I cut my cheese intake down to a minimal which might be once a week
I have increased my veggie and fresh fruit intake by snacking on grapes, apples, strawberries, blueberries, avocados, cucumbers, bananas.
I eat 2 primary meals usually breakfast and dinner and snack through out the day.
I stopped eating desserts and sweets except for one day a week i have a cheat day and i allow myself to drink a soda or eat a dessert (usually its a rootbeer float.)
I have increased my weekly exercise (though its been cut a little short as we are in triple digit temperatures and just walking outside means sweating out tons of calories haha)
So hooray for body changes! I go to the pool pretty often now and i feel so much more confident in my body there! Its definitely a good boost of self esteem! I will post pictures when i get a chance but i have been pretty busy!
Anyhoo, i must be getting invitations stuff ready as my paper will be here later today! So i can get them sent off!!!! Hooray wedding!
Hopefully i will have some good content for all of my friends here to read, or i will tap into that creative writing part of my brain that has been suppressed for a while and whip out an interesting story or dream i have had recently because those are ALWAYS interesting.
