I have been pretty busy lately, going different places with my daughter. As some of you have read I have been to Tombstone for Helldarodo Days Parade. Of course all were dressed in period dress so a lot of sexy ladies in tight corsets, with the boobs jiggling and a few flashing their legs. But nothing wrong with that. They had reenactments on the streets from the Gunfight at The OK Corral, to skits in barrooms. It was quite entertaining. The parade had everything from old cars, horse drawn wagons, and mounted riders all dressed cowboy/cowgirl style. And of course the few politicians want to get your vote in the upcoming election. We then had a late lunch at the Longbranch Restaurant. If ever in Tombstone I recommend eating there as they have great steaks and reasonable. Also a must is having a cold drink at Big Nose Kate’s Saloon. So was a good day in all.
Then last weekend we went to an open house at the Empire Ranch. It is an historical ranch which is on the 42,000 acre Las Cienegas National Conservation Area. At one time the ranch encompassed almost a million acres. They have a foundation that is restoring the ranch buildings. Anyhow they had demonstrations of rope making, leather craft, branding, mounted shooters (and there were a couple of gals that were crack shots) adobe making, cattle dogs herding cattle, mounted solders from Ft Huachuca, and several different talks on ranch life and such. Don Collier the actor that played the ranch foreman on High Chaparral related his times shooting the series and the movies he was in. They had a silent auction of paintings and western memorabilia. And me broke.. LOL. A great BBQ dinner of BBQ pulled pork, cold slaw, ranch beans and tortillas. Desert was apple or peach cobbler cook in a Dutch oven. It was so good I paid extra to have both. Was nice to see how things were back in the 1800’s.

Then I am always busy chatting with Claris about her uni, family, SF, love and of course sex. LDR do suck.
Other than that doing domestic chores around the house, maintaining the yard and pool. I sure miss that naked wiggle helping me.
This weekend I am going to a big car show that the local police put on, they say they have over 600 entries of hot rods, customs, and antiques. I will take my camera and take a few photos.
That’s about it SFers.. Just remember “Don’t Squat With Your Spurs On”
Added a few pics.
