It is firm, but you shouldn't touch. The curves are exactly where they need to be in order to get a secure grasp as if they were molded to fit your hand. The site of this fruit is more than appealing to the eye from the first rays of sunlight each day, until the moon employs darkness to blanket the night. You can't help but to reach out for this fruit. It may stand perfectly still, yet in doing so it seems to draw you in with a seductive dance.
Why do you call to me in such a deafening silence?
My nose catches the heavenly scent of this forbidden fruit, and I am stricken with desire. In that instant, my brain is powerless. Orders of maintaining resistance fall limp as the branches of a weeping willow. The heart is in command now. It calls life's resources from the head and from the feet...sending them to the one location that grows strong as a soldier in preparation for a swift, yet long lasting invasion.
And internal war brews after just a whiff of this fruit deemed forbidden.
I am no match. My soul is enclosed in the body of flesh, blood, and bone...simply human. Mere mortal. This forbidden fruit is not of this earth. How can it be? I have my own garden. I personally tend to the bounty my garden produces; and yet, nothing it produces is as appealing, nor as tempting.
What's worse is, I have tasted this fruit.
I was first able to touch it. Caress it. Feel it with the very hands that document this expression. I was able to catch the scent of this forbidden fruit's fragrance which reaffirmed my intentions...until there it was. Right in front of my eyes in all of it tantalizing glory. I could feel the heat radiating from it's center like a raging bonfire on a crisp autumn night.
I tried to restrain myself, but as my tongue slid inside, a RUSH of this forbidden fruit's nectar filled my mouth. I feasted on the flesh of this fruit like a beast who's hunger could not be quenched. The juice of this fruit drenched the many whiskers upon my chin to the point that roots of my goatee were nourished like the roots of a sapling tree after an overnight spring rain.
My soul - addicted forever...from just one taste.
No drug generates an addiction such as this.
Due to a long, cold winter, and a set of unfortunate circumstances, this fruit has become forbidden once again. I can gaze upon this delectable fruit on a daily basis, but it remains out of reach...
