In 2015 I really got lazy and did very little exercising or sports activities like I used to. I guess due to personal issues and work issues I stopped caring as much. Well not anymore! As of the first of the year I've started working and plan on keeping up physical activities this year. I miss that toned body I had a couple years ago and am going to get it back. Between yesterday's cardio workout and today's basketball games I am exhausted and my legs are so sore I can't hardly climb stairs It's a good feeling though and I'm looking forward to seeing the progress. By the time summer gets here I should be in much better shape and have a look that I'll want to show off!
