It started a couple months ago, around May. Something happened in my family. Ever since, I have been depressed. Fustrated, anxiety, stressed, felt like punching someone. So roll around to June, around July, I went to go see my doctor. I filled out a questionary, and she told me I had depression. So on that day, I ended up talking to a therapist. We talked for a good 30 to an hour. I let my emotions out, and I felt alot better afterwards. Seeking help, to me, is the way to go. So about a couple weeks later, my depression came back, and I went to go see my doctor again. I got some medicine prescribed. Ever since I been taking it, I have felt alot better. No more having to worry, better work ethic, less tired, more social. But I also like to thank my family & friends for being there for me. If you or anyone goes through with depression, seek help... You may not know it, but it truly helps to talk to someone. It's OK to let your feelings and emotions out. Also, I am here for anyone who goes through this. I am more then welcome to help out in anyway I can. Don't be afraid. Just want to also say, I love all my SF lady friends.
