I was torn between posting this in the Sex Positions forum or here, but I went with here because, hopefully, more people answering here will have had actual MFM threesome experience and have relevant position suggestions for double penetration.

Mr.DE and I finally had our first threesome with another man and it was incredible... but only nearly perfect. Mr.DE was on the bottom and in me first (vaginally) and the other man then entered me (anally) from behind. So, Mr.DE was flat on the bed, I was in the middle with something between Cowgirl to him and Doggie to the other man, and then the other man was upright behind me. This started very well, but Mr.DE had trouble staying in and staying erect. Well, there's always doggystyle with one of the guys, leaving you to give the second guy a blowjob, a boobjob, or handie, but it looks like you'd prefer DP.
I would reccomend standing and taking one on each side, though that might be a bit of a problem considering you're a bit shorter than both of them. They could both hold you up as they enter from each side I suppose.

You could try lying on your side, and raise one leg. Use pillows if needed to get everyone at the same level. Because of their lengths, it may be that one may be better in front than the other. We already had very successful spit-roast (Doggie and blow job); it was the DP that had a few issues.

I actually haven't considered the position possibilities, since I am not sure what they are! Hence this thread. Mr.DE and I alone have issues with standing, due to the 1/2 foot height difference, but we might manage something. Thanks for the suggestion.

So, an update. Neither man felt comfortable with the side-by-side, for some reason. Maybe their angles were awkward. Personally, I haven't given up on it and want to try again.

We tried the original position again and ran into the same issue as before. Then we tried Mr.DE's idea of ass-man on bottom, me in Reverse-Cowgirl on him, and pussy-man in front (classy labels) and found that worked even less.

I talked to Mr.DE and learned that the issue is not position; it's tightness. I'm often tight for Mr.DE anyway, and my ass being occupied only makes me more so. The too-tight grip causes him issues; we have previously sometimes run into this when using an anal toy on me.

With practice, I might loosen a little, but we've been together nearly ten years and tightness is still an issue. So, I'm not confident that the issue's going to go away. We're still going to practice, though! If I cannot get them at once, then I can get them sequentially. I'm willing to make that sacrifice.

Yet Another Update:
"Practice makes perfect" holds true in so many ways. We finally managed DP successfully, using the original position of one man down, me on top of him, and the other man behind me. I think the repeated practice allowed for increased familiarity (and comfort) between everyone, which gave our bodies greater freedom to relax and enjoy. So, position was not as much of an issue as I thought.

Of course, I am going to try the awesome suggestions that I received here and practice those, too!
