Don't worry, no1hen. You may have that feeling, but it's just because the sensation of anal sex takes some getting used to. You're not actually going to defecate on him. It's just how it feels as he enters you and your muscles squeeze around him. It does feel weird, but I think you will get used to it, and it won't bother you any longer. Mr._C. and I have made anal sex a regular part of our sex life, and it stopped feeling weird for me over time.
The other person who posted was right, I think, about knowing when it was a good time for anal sex. If you haven't had a bowel movement in the last 24 hours, then you may not want to have anal sex. Same thing if you have an upset stomach. You will know when it's not a good time. Otherwise, relax and enjoy it.
And if either of you is still worried about feces, he could always wear a condom to be sure that his cock stays clean. Or you could use an enema to clean yourself out before having anal sex.

We find that using a Fleet Enema with plain water before fucking solves that problem. My wife uses it and I also use it before pegging.

For me personally, vaginal sex is easier, but I enjoy both. When my partner goes slowly and listens to me, anal sex can be very enjoyable, but it takes more effort to have anal sex than it does to have vaginal sex for me.
^Exactly. It's not really painful, but it isn't enjoyable either.
It's possible that anal sex isn't for you, I think, Idioglossia. Not everybody is going to like every sexual act that can be performed. I think a lot of women who have never tried anal sex would enjoy it if they gave it a fair chance, but if you've tried it and still don't like it, then you've at least given it a shot and can say - from experience - that you don't like it.
