BTW, I think rosc, one of the mods actually did PX90 with very good results, he posted pictures and progress reports throughout the training period.

You put on 5 pounds of muscle a week with a shitty cookie cutter program,bodyweight exercises,and "semi" diet? lol I don't think so.

Going to have to agree with this, p90x is a decent program for losing fat but not for gaining muscle. I don't even think gaining 14 lbs of muscle in 3 weeks is phsioligically possible.
Anyway Hd1, if you're consistent and watch your diet you'll see results.
