Then do a search on skene gland infection or cysts.
Dry sex can cause an infection in the Skene's gland. It happened to me once about 27 years ago, when I was 18. Is it sore near the opening, at the top of the opening?
What happens is a cyst forms and can grow to the size of a gumball, before it pops. She can force it along by soaking in a hot bath for as long as she can stand it, as hot as she can stand. That's what my gynecologist had me do, and it didn't pop in the bath, but it burst overnight, in my sleep, and from then; on, I was fine. He said it was definitely caused by dry sex irritating the gland.
The discharge may just be an ordinary yeast infection. She can try any over-the-counter treatment and see if it clears it up, without any doctors or parents finding out. (Products containing Miconazole nitrate, like Monistat ® should do the trick)
If it's just a rub burn or small cut/scrape on the vulval tissue, she should heal really quickly, especially due to urinating. Urine has antiseptic qualities that will soothe and heal the tear/scrape.
Good luck... hope this helped!
