Couch to 5K - Free and effective

A lot of people hate running and cardio exercise and I just wanted to share something I discovered recently. Because I have incredibly tight calves and anterior muscles in my legs running has been impossible for me. But since I've been treating it I've been working on my fitness.
But I couldn't run for the life of me..
But I read an article by a comedian/journalist I follow who started using this Couch to 5K app thing and it's amazing! Firstly, it's free off the NHS website -

Secondly, it's designed for complete beginners and unfit people... like I was! It starts off with simple run/walk intervals and builds up to the point that after 9 weeks you can run 5k (or 30 minutes) solid!
