For those who work out

Guys: we have a LOT of male members with gorgeous bodies and I'd love it if you'd share some exercise and diet tips.
Girls: some of you have lost weight and toned up... can you share what you do to stay in shape, or what you did to get into shape and lose the extra pounds?
What foods / drinks do you follow? Vitamins? How often do you exercise?
Anything will help!

start moving; not sit all day on the sofa or at a desk, walk.
Stand in the mirror naked and decide honestly what part of your body needs toning up. (one at a time). e.g if it's inner thighs, u search the net 4exercise specifically targeting inner thighs and u do them daily. When u get used to doing them, u add to that routine a new target e.g. lower abs. So daily u do inner thighs and lower abs. The same adding more target areas, more exercise, till u have a full body workout every day.
Oh and drink a lot of water, veggies and fruit

If you want to work on your arms use light like 5-10lb weights and do 20-30 reps to start. Do butterflies, curls, inverted curls. Do crunches but be sure you stretch first or you could pull one of the many muscles in your stomach, trust me, I've done it. try running up and down stairs and walking fast. Winds sprints too are good.
As far as diet eat a lot of protein on days you work out. Make sure you don't try and do to much as well, it will only lead to problems. Drink WATER, cut out the pop rather it's diet or not it's not good for you. I take cod liver oil every day, around 6 caplets a day. I also take mega mans sport vitamin. Anything else let me know, if I knew more about you I might be able to make up a work out regimen just for you.

second I like South Beach Diet, its good for your Heart, and Weight loss.
3rd buy a pedometer, track your steps for 3 days... find the average then dubble it... thats what you now need to walk, then once you've got that down add a 30 minute walk daily.
eat more fish and less red meat (i know PK we love our meat)
Whole grains... no more white bread... while grains includes Pasta and cutting out Pizza for special occasions. and other lean meats
