If you get her off first, you won't have to worry about lasting longer. Try spending more time on foreplay and stimulating her orally or with your hands. Try to get her off before you even enter her. If you don't last all that long once you're inside, it'll be alright because you've made sure she's had at least one orgasm.
If you want to last longer, you're going to have to prepare yourself mentally beforehand. I've heard that some guys will masturbate shortly before having sex (i.e. earlier the same day) to last longer when they have sex because they already came a little while ago. I don't know if this works, and I'm not a guy, but a lot of guys say that they do this, so I guess there's a reason why.
You could always try some kind of desensitizing cream or delay gel. They are sold by sex toy retailers, and you can find them online. However, these products aren't FDA-approved or anything, and there's no guarantee that they work. Same with "male enhancement" pills and "herbal supplements." Not evaluated by the FDA, and there's no guarantee they work, but men seem to use them.
Hope this helps!
