(af)rukken, masturberen, aftrekken, met de lul bezig zijn...
if you are a lot into it, then you're a rukker.

Men: Pulling your pecker. Beating your Meat (and all variations. ex: stroking the salami, beating the beef, pounding your pork, kicking your chicken, etc). Shaking hands with Palmela Handerson. Doing the 4 Knuckle Shuffle. Pulling your pud. Polishing the Peter(Pewter?). Shining the family jewels. Rattling your stick and bindle (for the homeless). Whipping up some homemade creme frege(sp? For the cooking crowd). Punchin Johnny One Eye. Tugging Long Johnson (<--Haha! See what I did there? Ok...moving on). 'batin (pronounced: bate-in, made famous by Idiocracy and other sources I'm sure), jerkin your nob, shaking hands with the Devil (for the religiously inclined). Fighting with the One-Eyed Monster. Talking to the Old Man on his Dufflebags. Dropping the kids off at the pool (this one has been used to imply defecation as well... and menstruation >>). Making Baby Batter. Stroking your Shaft (not as subtle, but still). Going all the way with Hand Solo (for the Star Wars nerd. YEAH THAT'S RIGHT, I SAID IT! Star Trek, b!tches! >D). And yeah, like I said, had a lot better ones.
Now for the Ladies! Scratching your record. Rubbing the nob. Untying a knot. Parting the Red Seas (GROSS if taken in the wrong context). Opening the Meat Curtains. Squishing the Mitten. Filling my wallet (for the motivational entrepreneur businesswoman, I imagine). Goin Down Under (for our resident Aussies, although I think that's a bigger joke for tourists). Looking for the little man in the boat. Tickling the naughty bits (that's a solid, cutesy one. Girls seem to like naughty bits. Dunno bout women.) Diving for pearls (good oral reference too). Petting the pussy (also not as subtle). And...damn. So unsatisfied ending it here, but I'm doing this all from the top of my head. ><
Anyways, if you'd like the much larger list, I suggest hitting a search engine up for "Alternative words/phrases for ________." There are THOUSANDS of references taken from all over the world through all points in history. My favorite look ups though are "Origin of the word 'Fuck'" and "Origin of the Middle Finger." For abbreviations of these two, feel free to send me a message or ask me in a thread meant for either of those.
And speaking of alternatives, alternative turns of phrases for "fuck/fucking" are equally as hysterical. My personal favorite by far, "Mongolian Clusterfvck." I feel like the Mongolians had to have done something REEEEALLY bad to etch that phrase into the history block. lol

There are others, like
Pulling the head off it
Spanking the monkey
None that actually sound appealing though. :-)

Where I was born, it's called volarse la paja, which is brutally rude... However, the direct translation to English is a rather innocuous "to fly your hay". Mind you, this only applies to men... I don't recall having heard a female equivalent.
