Spiderman - I preferred the new version just released in 3D.

I much prefer the original from the early 50's. It's an amazing movie.

There have been three movies called The Killers based on the same Hemingway short story of the same name, a 1946 film, a 1956 film, and a 1964 film. I've seen the 1946 one and the 1964 one. Of the two the 1946 one is far superior, although I thought Reagan was very (unintentionally) funny in the 1964 one.

Do you mean the John Carpenter remake from the early eighties or the recent (below average in my opinion) remake from just a couple of years ago? Because they're both remakes of a movie from the fifties.
The original The Thing from the fifties was great, but I prefer the John Carpenter one.

The Bourne Identity - remake (with Matt Damon; original was with Richard Chamberlain)
Total Recall - tough choice; remake
Red Dragon - original (called Manhunter)
True Grit - another toughie; original
The Women - even
Hulk - Ang Lee version (Eric Bana, not Edward Norton)
The Man Who Knew Too Much - Hitchcock directed his own remake; I like it better than his original
Pink Panther - hands down, the original series. It's dated, but Sellers is better than Steve Martin to me

Friday the 13th - remake
Hamlet - Gibson version over Olivier version
Casino Royale - Eva Green version over BBC version (the comedy version wasn't a remake i.m.o.; it was just a different movie with the same name)
Bedazzled - even

Judge Dredd hasn't even been released, yet, and I'm already going to make the call - as an original old school 2000AD fan, the new one MUST be better than Stallone's farce.
