Natural Testosterone Boosters Any unexpected or unwanted side effects?

I recently recommended a friend who was looking for the sexual benefits of a supplement that he try them, He reported upon trying them he had big time anger issues that he hadn't had in years. Seemly the smallest things would piss him off. Given that our lives are quite different, mine being much more stressful for the most part and I've always been the one to anger far more quickly, his results surprised me to say the least. My wife even commented that I've seemed a bit calmer since I started taking them.
So my questions are has anyone else tried a natural testosterone supplement and what were the effects both expected and not?

Another one is tribullus terestris available either as pure or mixed with some other supplements. 500mg capsules are good starting point, once or twice a day. Again, pay attention to irritability and mood swings.
Now, the most natural way to increase your testosterone level is physical exercise. Heavy lifting is the best for this, other types of physical activity not much so.
Finally, you should see your Doc and do full blood tests. Decreased testosterone levels are expected at age past 40 but it should be established how much below the normal levels you are. If you decide to go with these supplements, before you start using them please google and get yourself informed about possible side effects.

The result I've had are not in anyway psychological. I didn't experience and "roid rage" and you read what I typed you'd noticed a friend of mine said he had that result not me. My results have noticed weight loss, strength gain, improved energy, and better mental focus, as well as larger firmer erections and larger and firmer testicles both in an aroused and unaroused state and they were noticed by my wife not me. My sex drive which was already high has stayed the same.
What was asked was had any others tried a natural testosterone booster and what were their results both positive and negative. Please learn to read and answer the question asked.

Lifting heavy weights, and in particular doing things that work the larger muscles (bench press for pecs, delts, squats for hammies and glutes), will increase test production, but I've known guys who've used various OTC test boosters with reasonably good results.
As for side effects, two of aforementioned guys did experience noticeably more aggression and prone to anger. That is to say, they'd get angry about the most minor of inconveniences, and to a surprising degree...they also get more aggressive, like if you're playing a sport, they'll hit ya harder than they really need to.
But they seem to yield decent results.
