With regard to the smoking ban, I think it's unfair. In places such as work and stadiums, etc, I can see that and agree, but in bars it makes no sense.
No one is forcing you to go to a bar that allows smoking and there are plenty of bars that didn't allow it, why couldn't non-smokers go to non-smoking bars instead of forcing everyone to bend to their will?
Also, with all of the heavy taxation on tobacco products which is used to build our stadiums, fix our roads, pay for city and state programs, etc, what happens when the government wins and everyone quits smoking? What will be taxed next to keep that revenue coming?

I have only been smoking since 05, when I started smoking I was stricken with stress and depression, so I needed something to calm my nerves, little did I know that I was going to lose weight while smoking, but I dropped 30lbs in 2 months! So a lot of women do use smoking as a dietery suppliment. I notice that there are more men that smoke, but there are a lot of women that do it as well. It ages you really bad, and I think that is another reason that women dont smoke as much as men, we are so affraid of the crows feet and lines around the lips. Obviously i'm not to concerned though, since I still smoke.
