For the ass ... well the best are Squats, Leg Press, Lunges, Hip Raise, Straight Leg Deadlift, Step ups with weights.
And that would be it... but the weight need to me challenging everytime, dont use the same weight because your body will get used to it and you'll be just doing a routine that will not do much for you. Also remember to rest between the exercise and later during the week. You actually dont need a daily weight routine with just 3 days of intense weight lift is enough for you.. muscles need time to heal SO get some protein!!!!!

Well to increase body mass, you need to eat more and workout at the same time. By doing so, your shapes will be more visible and muscular.

Plus a ton of carbs throughout the day, particularly pre and post workout.
That should get you started.

If you find that you are just too disinclined towards them, you can also do a heavy stair routine.
Lastly, the glutes are utilized by pulling the leg fore to aft...meaning squats aren't the only movement that works them out. There is one motion that actually isolates the glutes and punishes them a lot more than squats. (tho squats do a-plenty)...
It's a machine that looks similar to the one below, but you make contact with it at your ankle, and you push the pad back and up...(think kicking someone behind you without bending your knee)
