Looking online, u find unhelpful things like "just clamp your muscles like you are stopping peeing", and other vague youtubes, etc. Finally, getting nowhere, I asked them for some "biofeedback" on doing the the exercise properly. Did that, and the results was soooo obvious, I could not believe the whole deal. The exercise is soooo simple, its just that nobody ever explains it in simple language. Being that we are on the SF fourm, allow me to translate to other men needing to "git er done".
So, after playing with the "biofeedback" machine, getting the screen to dance around with my anus-play, it became obvious how to do all this on the first try:
Go down to your local porn shop. Buy a small butt plug..maybe a little lube too.
Go home. lie down flat on bed. Slide that rude boy in. Then contract your anus around the butt plug/dildo until if tightens and pulls slightly up inside of u. Hold that for 5 seconds, then relax for at least 10 seconds. Watch your belly when doing it. Try to do it without your belly moving, or belly tightening up any. Do it again. Try fast and short contractions, as well as slow and longer contractions.
There, I just saved u hundreds of $ on a urology department appointment! After you know what to contract...you can use the butt plug for other (better) purposes, and just do the keagles without it, sitting, standing, etc.
After some days, try to get your keagle contractions up to 10 seconds on, 20 seconds off. I am supposed to do at least 10 contractions at a time, 3 times a day.
Simple huh. without the butt plug, you are not sure what to contract on. In the doctors office, the biofeedback machine had a long metal dildo they slide up there hooked to a computer--served the same purpose. Just wish someone had explained this in plain language to me before I wasted all that time! SF forum...on the cutting edge of medical science! LOL
