Bar Bell Squats Left bicep

I am currently trying to stretch out my chest to try get a better ROM.
Anyone here had this before?

We have rollers at my gym, i have never used them but i will definitely look into it

Reason , everyone hates squats that's why you do them first part of your workout, if its not try this I'm sure the discomfort will be zero
