Virgin Mobile and why they suck

Real quick run down took out a contract November of 2010 on a galaxy s2 that phone was stolenin 2012 so a cheaper alternative then buying out the contract was to purchase a cheap phone outright and put my sim card in it. Well that phone was defective and returned 10 days later for one thst worked heres where all hell breaks loose. Fast forward I knew my contact was taken out in 2010 due to my daughter being born early 2011 and the phone being in pictures so I called virgin to ask when my contact was up they tell me 2015! So I sent all my paperwork in I physically had and we got it straightened out and a very nice girl called me from their billing department and informed me my contact was up October of 2013! So I went and switched tonrogers paid my last phome bill thought was I free and clear. Next month I get a bill 160 in cancelation fees. So I start fighting that I called started dealing with this bull about a contract again. Was still in the process of fighting the 160 when now on top of the 160 I have another 500 in cancelation fees so now I not only am duplicating months in which I had a contract from supposedly I now have 660 dollars in false cancelation fees. So I have been called a liar they told me bonone ever called me to tell me my contract was up. I have been hung up on by supervisors from their customer service. And I now have to refax away everything again proving I owed the phone and all the keps saying is there was a new contract signed when i asked them to provide the contract they say no they wont ! Its because no contact was signed! So they think they can play god and get away with this and people need to be made aware how they treat a customer.

instead I owe them 350 dollars in cancellation fees.
I must add in here that the ONLY reason I cancelled after 3 years with them was because their service is practically nonexistant in my home. I tried to deal with it, switching phones here and there thinking service might be better on another phone no go..even though they tell me I live in a primo service area..so they lied..which i guess its ok for them to lie to people to screw them out of money.
AT&T is also one of the worst..I used to have everything through them..phone satellite internet..they screwed me up the ass so many times I still can feel it..double charging for services 3 months in a row right after I had said services cancelled..first one my satellite..then it was my internet..had to fight them for months on each one to get charges removed..
I love my pay as you go phone. I have a unlimited everything plan for 45 bucks a month. cant get any better then that. they do suck badly if you need to get a hold of customer service but for the most part I have been problem free with this.
