First off is my 1910 Model T Ford this car was owned by the same family in the USA for 80 year it was then shipped over to the UK in 1990 and was stripped down by the owner before me i bought her in 2000 and started restoring her to her former glory, the body and chassis where fine but mechanically it was a mess and there was some surface rust on the metal body parts like wings and bonnet the body tub its self is made of wood ad was still solid and had no wood worm.
The Model T has a 2900 cc engine, 3 speed planetary gearbox but today would be considered a 2 speed as one of the speeds is reverse, the Model T is a light car at 1200 pounds.
1937 MG SA Tickford Drop Head Coupe
This car is quite rare as there are only 2739 SA's where made there are just over 200 surviving examples of the SA left in the world with all 3 body types Saloon, Drop Head Coupe and Tourer. The SA has a 2322CC engine 4 speed gearbox. This car was given to me as 14th birthday present as i showed a big interest in helping out my uncle working o his vintage cars so him and my dad got me this to restore boy it was hard but worth it in the end this car was finally on the road for my 25th birthday.
1937 SA Saloon
This car is still undergoing restoration and must be one of the hardest projects i have taken on bought back in 2002 after selling my Austin 7 saloon, this car is now in the finishing stages of restoration and will be back on the road for the summer.
Am still restoring this car but am in the finishing stages. Yip was a bit off a mess when i got her.
Please feel free to add Vintage or Classic cars you may own or would like to own.
