How often do you do it? physical health

I've been at it for over 15 years. I am a regular gym member and I work out about 4 times a week. I am not training for a marathon or triathlon (that is physcial torture not exercise). I make exercise (physical activity) and a proper diet part of my lifestyle. The ancillary benefit is weight loss or healthy weight maintenance and looking and feeling good.
What about you? How often do you do it?

I AM training for races; I'm training for ultra marathons and Ironman races. In fact, I'll be doing the NJ marathon this Sunday!
I like to switch off between body weight exercises and heavy weights. What does everyone else do? Do you follow any fitness pros?

it's very rare if I miss a day that I don't work out for at least a couple of hours a day
