i kind of gave up a girl for that reason and looking back i can say it was a stupid decision that i regret
if you're really looking for a big change in your life then talking to her about your desires might be the way to go but just be aware of the possibilities.. it could be the end of your relationship.. think about what that really means and if you're really willing to trade all of that for this new direction..

What I'm getting at is I get the impression you and she don't do much to express your commitment to each other. How much do you really share? How much do you work on the relationship?
Life is very different at 24 that it was at 17. Work and such take time away from sex. Are you fantasizing about other women because you are not getting as much sex from her as you used to? Talking to her about how to keep the relationship growing might be more useful than fantasizing about other women.
