Is it healthy to...?

I'm someone who always washes hands before eating, and even rinses plates/utensils before using them (after taking them out of the cupboard, or whatever), and so I guess I'm a clean freak. Or maybe I have mild OCD. I dunno.
Anyway, I've always wanted to suck a woman's toes (it's a fetish), and have never done this, and I wonder if it's healthy to do things like this. Maybe this is the OCD/whatever taking, but my question is: Is something like this safe to do? What if she happens to own a dog/cat and has walked on the carpet before I do this (i.e., not straight out of bath/shower)?

Thanks for the super-fast reply.
Yeah, the bath thing is a good idea.
Actually, thinking about it now, it's not just a woman's feet ... I guess anything going into the mouth I'm like this about. It's only really when straight out of shower I'm not too concerned (except for feet, which touch floor). But if we haven't showered first, I'm reluctant to lick/suck anything. Does anyone else feel like this? Or maybe it is OCD. =/
