As Q said there is a chance you could if there was a fluid transfer.
However, viruses and bacteria can survive some drying. Bacteria not as much. the HIV virus for example can live dry for days. So especially in the case of HIV, hepatitis, herpes or other viruses it is definitely possible. But don't count out the bacteria either. some of those can live for weeks in the phlegm that some males are so fond of spitting everywhere.
Also you have to consider what is called Bio load. and it is one thing if two or three viruses make it over, quite another if two or three million are there. the more viruses or bacteria, the better chance that they will overwhelm the body's defenses and bring on disease.
a complex mixture of things would determine the chances of contracting from there. Her immune system. Cuts, open sores on either person, exposure time, etc.
If your friend has doubts, tell her to get an STD test. It is much harder to notice symptoms for women than it is for men.

LOL yeah good moral and yeah i told her to get tested which she said she will next week. I was just thinking bout it cuz ive never heard of anyone getting an std like this.
