AAARGHHHH!!! Itchy and Painful

If I pull my foreskin back it's really red and looks generally very irritated, and it's very sensitive to touch too. It comes in waves. It'll be fine for a few hours then get extremely itchy for short periods of time.
I was stupid enough to masturbate twice today even though it was a little painful, and when I finished the second time the tiny arteries below the head were really visible as if they were swollen. Only for a few minutes though, now it's mildly itchy again.
We didn't use a condom cause we're both clean and faithful and she's on the pill. Last weekend nothing like this happened... And I'm 110% sure she hasn't cheated on me so she has no STDs. (She took a blood test a few weeks ago so it's confirmed)
I'm hoping it'll be better by tomorrow...

I know I've had that. Maybe use condoms anyhow, I know one of my old girlfriends was really tight, so it actually hurt my foreskin when I entered her. Condoms make things go more smoothly and if you use the ultra thins there isn't too much loss of sensation.

-Cool water will reduce inflammation and cut down on the itchy feeling.
-Your dick is prone to injuries just like any other part of your body. Give yourself time to heal up after it takes a beating.
-As mentioned before, a condom is a great choice if you think you're going to be at it for long periods of time. Also maybe consider getting more lube in case you aren't.
-Your dick is your best friend in the world; stop beating him when he's sore. Nurture that little bastard back to health.

Kind of like having a sun burn but since the skin is so fine it's as if it was smegma, but it's not... Is this a normal part of the "healing process" or should I start worrying about now?

It's like dry skin right?
