I would have to say what percenatge would vary as each man produces a differnt amount of precum. I'm male and have soked through my boxers and denim, I've yet to see a female that wet.
A lot of STDs can be carried by someone who shows no symptoms.
One very common one is HPV.
A pregnant mother with HPV cannot give birth vaginally to her child.
Without a cesarian section you put the baby at risk for an infection it's immune system will be overwhelmed by and can't fight.
My suggestion is in this order:
You both get bloodwork, remembering that it could take up to 6 months for an STD to show up.
You start birt control. Some types take time to get your hormone level right to be effective.
Condoms and birth control are both 99.9% effective.
Or you could catch an STD, wind up pregnant and choose between risking your babies health or having a cesarian scar the rest of your life.
Because of a one night pull out session.
Check my facts with your gynecologist.

If you haven't decided yet...I've been using the pull out method with my wife for nearly 11-years now...BUT...and that's a big...BUT...we ARE willing to bring another child into this world and if she became pregnant it would be just fine with us. So unless you are BOTH of the same mindset, I'd highly recommend against.
Besides, if he's never felt what it's like inside YOU, without a condom, what makes him think he can even handle your sweet goodness without one!

Yeah - and no one ever got pregnant from using that method
