Come clean with her. Tell her how you feel. If she really loves you, maybe you two can reach a compromise.

As for the oral problem, try getting her to do it in the shower. I had a gf once that had the same problem and that's what we did. It let her rinse it off and hardly miss a beat

I also trim down there. Not completly bald but neat and short.

@kichigai so what you have to shave everyday and lotion everyday?

It can happen. Hair is hair. I've, personally, never had it though.
I live with other people, so I had to be subtle. I just shaved when I took my daily shower. No problem after that.
The hardest part will be the first time you shave. I'm going to assume you've never grown a huge, bushy beard and then gone at it with a standard straight razor. The trick is to cut it down to a shorter length first. Just hack away at it with scissors or (if you feel comfortable with using it) a beard trimmer. After that, go slow. Don't worry so much about cutting yourself. Shaving the area around your penis is the easy part, and getting your balls isn't that hard either (just don't be afraid to reach down there, pull 'em up a bit, separate the testes and use your fingers as a solid surface underneath). The tricky bit isn't any of that: it's your thighs. Getting that area between your crotch and your legs (not so much your cock and balls, but that skin-on-skin) is the vital part to avoid irritation in my opinion. Think about it: that's where most of the friction occurs when you're walking around all day.
The first time you shave, it'll probably feel weird and possibly uncomfortable (especially if you did a bad job shaving), but by the second day, after a good, proper, second pass you'll be feeling fine.
I've found the hardest part to get is the base of the penis. You can get it pretty freaking short, but you inevitably get an erection, and then you pull down so you can get at it, and bam: there's a divot in your pubic area that your razor has a hard time getting into.
But enough about that: just try it. Your mileage may vary, but it's worth a shot.
