I always ejaculate when I orgasm, and I always orgasm after we finish having intercourse through a bj.
I would say maybe the first .75 inchs of my penis gets full sensation, while the rest below that almost gets nothing. It doesn't effect my orgasm, but it makes it extremely difficult to build up to one. And no, the rest of my body is fine, its only my penis that has this problem due to the surgerys I had in the first three years of my life.

I don't know how many people know this, but some men simply don't cum from intercourse. Women not cumming from intercourse seems to get all the publicity, but some men don't either.
There are several things you can try:
During oral or manual sex, have your partner focus on the area where you can feel. Stimulation just there might make you cum without having to be so rough.
During intercourse, only penetrate your partner part way. The first part of the vagina is a little more texured, so try to rub the area just inside her with the part of your penis where you can feel.
By the way, if I have it backward, and you only have feeling at the base, then stay deep inside her, so that the base of your penis gets stimulation just inside her vagina. Just use short, quick strokes to keep the base in contact with that area.
Here's the tricky part: As you experiment with these things, have sex less often. :icon_eek: Maybe once a day, or once every two days. Let there be some buildup, so the sensitive parts are more senstive, etc. These experiments will go easier if you do.
In the meantime, also be sure to explore other ways to give your partner pleasure. Have fun.
A personal note: My husband has reduced feeling in the middle third of his penis. Since he's in good health, doctors haven't bothered to find out why; but the result is that if stimulation focusses on that area, he can last a long time. When it's time for him to cum, we focus on the tip and the base. It works for us.
He does have slight feeling in the middle, however, so I can stimulate that area by (gently) biting it, using my nails, etc. If I really want to let loose, that's the area where I can do it.
