The libido issue could be anything. When we have any kind of stress in our lives, libido is often the first thing to go. Worry, fatigue, distractions, overwork, illness, sadness, winter gloom--anything can do it.
One thing to do is to see what else in your life needs getting in order. Getting enough rest? Exercise? Healthy food? Do you have pressures in school, or a job, or in your family, or with your sexual partners?
Another thing to try is to indulge yourself in other ways. That tingly feeling might mean that you really just want to eat some chocolates, or have a relaxing bath (second time I've suggested that today), or spend time with friends, or go outdoors and have some physical activity. You might be pleasantly surprised at how your libido responds.
