HOWEVER, there's another way around this as well.

"Watching Forums"

**You will need to do this for any forum you have a topic being watched in.**

1. Go to a forum you have a watched "topic" or thread in and click on the "watch forum" button above all of the "topics" in the forum



2. Once this is done, if you have updated topics in your forums, you can see a quick link on the side by doing the following:
a. Click on the "forums" tab above the SB
b. Scroll down until you see "watched forums" on the left side



3. Click on it and you'll go to the forum where your "topic(s)" have been recently updated.

**Note you can manage your "Watched forums" by:
a. Clicking on your name at the upper right hand corner
b. Clicking on "my settings"
c. Scrolling below the shout box and clicking on "forums" tab
d. Click on "Manage watched forums"
e. You can change your subscriptions the same way you did your topics.


Finding the equal of the NEW POSTS link:

1. Click on the "forums" tab on the bar above the shout box
2. Scroll down the page about half way down the forums list
3. Look on the left side and you'll see "Useful Links"
4. Click on "View New Content"
