Hey, What's your favorite position with a pregnant woman? When my wife was pregnant with our last child, I truly enjoyed the spoon with me stimulating her clit while stroking from behind. When I was preggo we did the missionary a lot with him holding himself up above me..and we still did doggy style as well. I can't say I had a favorite though cause once the heartburn kicked in I couldn't enjoy any position.

Thanks for the replies. The first pregnancy, missionary was still good for the first couple of trimesters. You are right, it provides a different experience as there are different angles and separation .

I'm not trying to advertise anything, but my wife is currently pregnant and missionary was getting too hard because of her legs going too far back. So we bought what's called "The Wedge" sex furniture that enabled missionary much easier than before and you can also do with her on her side, her hips on the wedge, it just makes penetration much easier for the both of you. You just can't do doggy on it due to her belly.

I'm only 16 weeks and we have been doing most of our normal positions....
That will probably change as I grow tho!
Last time we had sex right up to the day before I had my son...probably brought it on!!!


The main issues are as yu are further along you cant lie on your back too long (without a pillow under your left side) as baby is heavier and pushes on an important artery.

That's a damn shame. The best sex I ever had was making love to wife #1 while she carried our child. An emotional connection that can't be equalled. Looking in her eyes as it happened was a moment I'll lean on as I die. Truly.

A good friend of mines fiancée left her when she fell pregnant because he didn't want her to have the child. (bloody bastard) so finding herself single and a wee bit toey she asked if i would help her out, of course i obliged!
After i had an STD test (i always wear protection unless i'm in a long term relationship and both parties have been tested, and with a child in the mix it's even more imperative) we gave it a go. was great for both parties, but as time wears on we'll have to try a few different things to make it work. In the later tri, we did almost exclusively doggie style and her on top. Don't forget to please her as well the vagina has a lot more blood during that time and so the orgasms are more intense.
