How do i know when ive had one or if im having one.
Some say you get physical feelings aswel like your legs shake and you go all weak but ive had that but i just dont know if i have had one.
And apparantly your meant to know if you have had one!!
This is getting me down as me and my boyfriend do have really good sex so why is this not happening?

Simply getting excited is oply the beginning. The best way to learn your body is to masturbate. There are no social or religious prohibitions here, yo do this to feel good, and to learn what makes you feel good. Then you can teach your bf. But if neither of you knows, it will take a lot of trial and error (or trial and eros, even better.) This is also not a bad thing, but it's always better to know yourself.
Enjoy it - it's only sex, not rocket science or whirled peas. Just some friendly friction between friends...

One interesting thing is that orgasms for women are similar to men's in a few ways. Have you noticed how your boyfriend has rhythmic spasms when he cums? His body probably jerks, and he probably grunts. Believe it or not, a woman feels very similar spasms. That's because the same muscles contract when a woman cums as when a man cums.
For a woman, the muscles are just under the vagina, sort of between the vagina and the anus. These muscles contract several times in a rhythm when a woman has an orgasm, and a lot of pleasure goes along with those contractions in the same rhythm. The contractions are involuntary. It might feel like the orgasm is taking control of your body.
There's more to the story. Women have orgasms in a variety of ways, and it can feel different for different women. But I'm pretty sure the physical feelings I've described here are somewhat typical. They are for me, at least. So you might want to start by seeing if you've ever felt something like that.
Hope that helps.

So only 40% of women can orgasm during sex.
