PWI? I tried looking it up but couldn't find what it was. And when you said "until 16 years old" and then "4 years later" it added in my head to 20, sorry about that. (And sorry about the name, I know it's not very inspired)
I don't really know what a 30 year old could do to meet new people on a normal setting. I'll mull it over, maybe I can think of something eventually.

I think a psychologist will probably be best. Somebody you can spill your guts to and will be able to help you face to face. Your situation is very different from what most people go through, and I am neither trained as a therapist nor am I familiar with that kind of scenario. I'm sorry that's the best I could do.
