However, like was mentioned, the total volume expelled can be less..and there can be fewer solid erections/ less activity......so in this way, impregnation can be much more difficult.

The more ejaculations a guy has, the fewer sperm (and usually less overall semen too).
Somewhere I read that it takes about 72 hours for the body to replenish sperm after a normal orgasm/ejaculation. There will always be some sperm there, however.
When my wife couldn't get pregnant, the Dr said my count was low, and to wait a coule weeks before trying again - it worked.
