I think people just look good or don't look good period. I had a cousin who was a ballet dancer and at her peak she was so thin that looked older than her age and other older and thicker girls. Now that she's put some weight, she looks a lot better. There's also the issue of skin elasticity and that is a genetic factor. My cheeks are not as plum as they used to be in my 20s, so if I were to compare myself from how I looked back then, I would say that I look a lot tired today. However, when I'm well rested, I think my skin looks better... and that counting the fact that I don't have wrinkles, crow feets or the like. I just have my expression marks that I also had when I was very young.
So, in my humble opinion, looking younger is a combination of factors, not just weight. And I dare to say, that acting old beats weight and wrinkles when it comes to judging someone's age.

Being too thin, is also bad for your health.
You should try to have a normal weight, if you can. BMI between 19 and 25. To
calculate your BMI, divide your weight in Kg by your height squared (in meters).
There are sites on the net that do it for you in other units.
If you protect your skin from the sun, you'll look younger in the long run (when you're
You've got a few posts where you talk about your age, and how bad it makes
you feel. One can't ignore the fact it is really an issue for you. Have you considered
looking for professional help? If it's making you suffer so much, you could perhaps
benefit from talking to a professional. Whatever you do, don't harm your body on
a quest of looking younger.
Low self-esteem can be very tough to live with.
