So are you worried about staying power or stamina? I.e. do you worry you're going to get out of breath, or do you worry about coming after a couple thrusts and flaccidity setting in?

Heh--step one is to stop thinking about it as boning. Explore all the other ways two people get together and by the time you get to boning it won't even matter how long you last. But if you want a fast tip, here's one--bone her a second time (when you're ready to go again). You'll probably last longer the second time.

get in shape, and masturbate a decent amount but not abusively, focusing not on quick release but on holding hardness and keeping up. Then, work out or run some more, take multivitamins, drink tea and ginseng vials (one a day, and don't use pills, they're crap).
