If you are having problems writing, then don't try to write for someone else's taste. That's hard to do for experienced writers. Just write what you want to write, they way you want to write it. Don't worry about whether it makes sense, or you use proper grammar...just let the words flow. Once you get something down on paper, then you can go back and edit it for grammar, syntax and clarity. Thank goodness we all have spell checks so you don't have to worry about that.

Pic up a book on creative writing, work through a few exercises, and you'll get it.
Like anything, it takes work and practice to get really good at it.

It's been said that writers tell the same story over and over again. The characters and settings are different, but the basic truths are the same. And that can be scary, because that means sharing your beliefs and passions with others. But if you really, really believe in what you're writing, others will.
Some will tell you to be original. No. You are going to be unoriginal, but you're going to be unoriginal in a personal way. Getting abducted by aliens and getting gangbanged by a graxixix is fine when you're 13 or 14 and still figuring yourself out. But you're an adult now; you've been around the block a few times in a bad neighborhood. We've all been there, but we've never been there through your eyes and other senses. Hear the music and smell the pussy like only you can.
