Apparently its important for you guys to do your pelvic floor exercises just like us ladies should but for a different reason .............. helps to maintain your middle leg to stay erect and upright for when required!!!!! I had no idea about this so guys how do you feel about doing your exercises of 5 repetitions 3 x daily?

You tense up your muscles as though to stop yourself from going to the toilet, count to 10 and then relax. Do this exercise five times, three times a day!! Its done without anyone knowing you are exercising and you get the benefits in the long run!

They're called Kegels, and they tend to be an individual activity. You just squeeze the muscles that stop the flow of urine - you don't have to do any thrusting. You can do this anywhere and at any time. A partner is not necessary to do these exercises.

You already do this "exercise" automatically everyday (albeit to a lesser extent).
Where erections are concerned, there is no muscle in your penis so the most kegels will do is compensate a bit using your muscles if you lack blood flow/stimulation. Kegels are useless to a man with ED.

Definitely, Claris! Stopping the flow of urine is just a good way to find the right muscles to use. I definitely don't recommend doing these exercises while you're peeing. Wait until you're just sitting around watching TV at home or at your desk at work to squeeze those muscles. Will be much more comfortable for you if you're not actually in the bathroom at the time.
For men, you can also find these muscles and know they're the right ones when your penis sort of jumps or twitches when you squeeze.
