Any other sketchers here?

Just thought I would ask if there are any other sketchers here by chance? Every now and then I try to do some sketches, and thought I would share one. I'm in no way a professional artist (as you'll see lol) but I thought I would share anyway and see if there is anyone else that does this as well.

Noun - definitely good info to keep in mind, thanks. I've been finding it difficult, though, since I've never had any proper training or anything and can only go by tutorials I find, etc, to develop my own style. I suppose that will come in time and experience somewhat I hope.
Olive - those are quite good, kudos to the artist! Some really good expression in some of those IMHO. Thanks!

Thank you Scorp... He just finished grade 7, but he "works" (I think in his case it's more like having fun) every day on his sketches. I find it quite remarkable that he's got such a passion at his age. I don't even push him with his schoolwork, I let him do what he likes... So far, he's doing well in school, so I just let him be and buy him pencils and paper to play with.
Yours and LadyR's work are quite nice too...

Mike - I feel your pain on face drawing. I'm usually just really lucky if I can get a decent profile. A fully detailed face that looks right is still way out of my realm of skills.
Olive - I found myself looking at your gallery shots for some time. That's really awesome to have talent like that be realized. My folks always told me that if you give a child the tools to do something, it's pure human nature that they'll figure out how to use them. That's a great example of that. I hope things go great for him

Thanks, Scorp. I actually started doing these in school on the back of my notebooks. I really enjoy it because no matter how many I do, they are always different. I do them in pencil, Sharpie, even paint. It just feels relaxing to me.

That's actually quite interesting Mike... I actually showed it to my sketcher at home and he liked it a lot too...
You and my sketcher could spend some good time playing with pencils Q...
