I completely agree.
Approximately 70% of all American calories come from a combination of the following four foods: wheat, dairy, soy and corn - assuming, that is, we exclude calories from sugar.
Much of it is what they call "stealth" foods, fillers like wheat, corn and dairy are common because the government subsidizes farmers to make it, we have an over abundance of it. Soy is very cheap to produce. You may not even realize you are eating it. The syrup you put on your pancakes, mostly corn. Most of the "fortified with protein" come from milk solids.

The good fats (essential fats) like omega 3s found in fish and flaxseed are the good fats and helt testosterone. Proteins are also good.
