Its pretty interesting the theory behind it, but i was just going to see if anyone else had tried this or even heard of it, or if you even know what blood type you are ... a lot of people don't know their blood type.
The diet was researched and developed by Dr. Peter D'Adamo, ND, author of Eat Right for Your Type, and Live Right for Your Type. The research has been criticized by many others for lack of evidence, but its still out there so why not discuss it?
