A Man's Worried About... Things There is no titile appropraite for this, Sorry!

Maybe it's just my overactive mind/hypersensitivity to anything that'll kill me.
So, here goes:
My, um..... Breasts? Feel strange. Not like ew these are misshapen strange but like they feel bumpy or tender, strange?
Now I know this sounds, well, strange, but here's the details.
I am a bit overweight, not obese mind you just a bit heavy set, always have really.
If something hits my left... side? it may or may not hurt for a bit. Both sides when I feel them, feel bumpy. Bumpy like globular fat bumpy.
Does fat grow on the body irregularly? Is it common? I know my doctor said at one point I may have Lipomas? Lmphnodes? Something to that nature, natural fat growths which could causes irritation on the body. This though, I have noticed, feels like my entire... "man boobs" are lumpy, bumpy icky feeling. And it feels, I call it "Mountainous" under both breasts as well. it Under both breasts, along ribs, but no farther down. Also have a lump on same spot, both side of hips, and back upper arm and along left forearm.
Maybe it's anxiety driving me nuts. Maybe I'm paying Too Much attention to changes.
But bloody hell. I'm only 20 and I have a new disease every day! I'm only nearly over feeling like i'm having a heart attack everyday!
So if any one has some advice to my insecurities, I'd love to hear them!
Thank you all for reading my rant.

I'm just tired of feeling like I'll barely live to see 21 you know?
I am not extremely unhealthy, I eat very well and little actually!
I tended to feel like every day I was going to die of a heart attack and I think i'm getting over that. Chest pains caused by previous medication/ other things that you don't want to know. Still have chest pains but I don't feel like i'm dying anymore.
I'm still a bit worried about walking or exercising. A bit scared to get my heart rate up still. Give me time to adjust.
I'd never had a health problem for 20 years and i'm suddenly falling apart with everything. Call it my near quarter century health collapse due to anxiety? Haha.

To be honest, it does sound like you have a hormone imbalance. My breasts feel tender like you describe when I'm about to start my period. The fact that you are a man experiencing those symptoms suggests that you don't have enough testosterone or too much estrogen. This doesn't mean that you are going to drop dead tomorrow. Fat can be lumpy in the way that you describe. It isn't always evenly distributed throughout the body. If you are thinking it's tumors, they generally feel like a hard mass (like a pea) that will roll around when you touch it.
Have you tried working out? Exercise is a great way to boost testosterone in men while decreasing the amount of body fat you have. Plus, if you get in a good workout, you'll probably be too tired to worry as much as you do.

Family history: None that I know of.
My diet is pretty good I like to think, especially recently. I don't eat much candy I only really tend to eat things that seem right, if you know what I mean, like meat and breads and fiber bars and whole grain breads. Its hard to eat anything when all I can see is the sugars and fats and cholesterol in the foods, which was made worse by a trip to grandma's house in which she had a healthy supply of costco muffins and 2 packages of safeway cookies >.>
I tried working out one time a few weeks back, but when I was done, I just poked my chest right on the leftish middle and it felt like it burned. Maybe that was just me freaking out, but i've been scared to try again since.
Honestly, I really wouldn't be surprised if it was low testosterone or hormone imbalance. Sometimes I feel like I am more feminine than I should be. Though I was raised primarily by my mother. Also, I'm kind of a bit too scared to have blood taken, it scares me...
Some I have found are hard and move a bit, but it's not like growing out of control. I think I may also have some sort of muscle tension right above my heart area, under my fat, that makes me sometimes feel like I'm getting chest pains. Or something just gets agitated, when I force myself to not touch or rub the "tension" areas, I seem to have long period of feeling fine.
Thank you all for the help!
