Another thing is that just like all men aren't made the same, she may have a shallower vagina, thus the cervix is lower making it easier to hit.

It is likely that she could have a tilted Uterus. The uterus can lie in basically three positions: anteverted (tilted forwards, towards the bladder), midposition, or retroverted (tilted backwards, towards the rectum). None of these positions is abnormal, unless anteversion or retroversion is so severe that the uterus is basically folded in half at the level of the cervix.
A significantly retroverted, or backward-tilting, uterus may produce some difficulty with tampons or intercourse. This is because the object inserted into the vagina may push upon the body of the uterus. Especially with discomfort with intercourse, this may be helped by trying different positions, such as the woman on top. If severe, a surgeon can sometimes resuspend the uterus into a midposition; this surgery may either be done via the laparoscope or through a "bikini cut." The vast majority of the time, however, no intervention is necessary.

Your penis cannot get inside the cervix. If it could then babies would fall out. If they didn't then you really would dent them during sex with a pregnant woman. These things don't happen because of the cervix.
The tilt of the uterus is not involved in the definition of a shallow or deep vagina. A shallow vagina means that it is not very long in distance from the outer opening to the cervix. A deep vagina means that it is longer in distance from the outer opening of the vaginal canal to the cervix.
The tilt of your uterus is a different description. It is independent of the length of your vagina.
p.s. I know anyone can edit wikepedia but it's a fast reference and I verify that this information does match my text books (Gray's antomy and Netter's atlas and such).

It sucks, doesn't it? Which is why I laugh when guys want bigger penises. I DON'T want a big penis. If I'm with someone and I notice that are larger than average . . . I cringe knowing that when we have sex it will hurt. Average penises are MUCH better.
