True? Or urban legend? Different signs of swingers around the neighborhood

Now on hot days I see a garage door halfway up it makes me wonder! Any truth to this or is it all folklore??? Are there any other telltale signs swingers use to signify their open lifestyle?

Garage half way up, while she is suspended from a swing naked and there is a line of guys waiting their turn.
You see how easy it is to get these things confused

1. Being a swinger doesn't mean that you're willing to invite just anyone into your home or into your bed.
2. Plenty of people leave their garage doors halfway open for various reasons that certainly do not include inviting random strangers onto their property.
3. Lots of people like wicker baskets.
You commented that you see garage doors partially open on hot days. Uh, yeah, lots of people air their garages out without exposing them fully to the sun (or the contents fully to neighbors and passers-by) on hot days. Lots of dog owners who keep their dogs in garages give their pets access to the outdoors while still keeping the door low. Imagine having someone expect a party at your place just because you wanted to give Fido the freedom to choose being out in the sun or in the cool shade of the garage!
Like billnjoy noted, most swingers don't want to be outed, anyway, so aren't going to be waving any swinger flags. Not only would that attract any jerk expecting an easy lay, but it would attract a lot of other unwelcome attention from condemning neighbors.
