Sensitive Skin

I have extremely sensitive skin in the nether region and I have tried all sorts of stuff to make it so that after shaving it or whatever it won't get the red bumps, become itchy and when scratched it hurts, and right after being shaved (or whatnot) it is irritated and hurts to the touch. It has become so bad that I literally cannot shave down there because it hurts too much. I have tried normal razor blades (which are terrible), I have tried 5 bladed razors (which was a little better), I have tried the special shaving gels (Coochy) to shave with, and the hair removal crap (though my skin doesn't really become irritated afterwards with that but the stink won't come off even when I use all sorts of scented soaps and lotions).

So, my question is: what can I use to make this not happen anymore or not as bad (without resorting to laser hair removal and waxing)?

Hi guys, there must be several other topics like this but I want to ask it anyways.

Every time I have had sex it always hurt (or just felt like a tampon being shoved in and out of me). Now I AM a petite female, so maybe I'm just very tight and small down there. I have had sex with mostly males with above average sized penises (I think), so maybe that's why it hurts so much, but I have also had sex with males who have pencil thin penises and it didn't feel good at all, it felt like a tampon or an extremely thin dildo. It also hurts when I use normal dildo's too, but when I'm not thrusting it in me and just have it on vibrate it's ok. Bullets feel the best in there. So my question is, why does it hurt? Is there something wrong with me?
