I love piercings, But i think they can be terrible on the wrong person. I think it's alot like clothing or any other jewelry what looks great on one person can look stupid on another. The right mix is what matters

You should talk to a dermatologist and a wound healing doctor too. There are ways to reduce scaring in people prone to keiloid. You should have it addressed though not just for freak out factor but because keiloid scar unlike normal skin is hard and rigid so it can block circulation and cause problems, not to mention any trauma to the scar will cause it to spread more
