You enter your automobile at your departing location and begin to drive toward you destination. For the majority of the trip the front tires lead at the head of the pack. When you turn right the left wheels spin faster and on a left your rights. sometimes you back up and the front is now the rear. Your fronts are the first to the location but your backs arrive just the same. Often your tires wear at different rates but get replaced as a group not mattering if they were front or rear. Tires get rotated and the fronts become the backs and vice versa.
Everything spins. Maybe not always at the same rate. Neither is right or wrong. I will tell you that as long as the destination is agreed the speed at which they each turn is irrelevant since they will both arrive there together in the end.
